Bond fakes his own death and heads to Japan, where SPECTRE is hijacking American and Soviet spacecraft to start a war. Toyota lent the production two standard 2000GTs — then had the roofs cut off, because Sean Connery was too tall to fit inside a standard coupé. The result is the rarest Bond car ever made: a one-of-two open-top Toyota built exclusively for 007.
